Warm Blankets Orphan Care International (WBOCI).
Warm Blankets is a nonprofit
Christian mission intent on fulfilling the Great Commission and
demonstrating Christ's love by rescuing, caring for, and
discipling increasing numbers of orphaned kids in conjunction
with church-planting efforts. Their website is

Warm Blankets partners with
local Non Government Organizations (NGOs) in its fields of
operation. WBOCI avoids going into a country without the
country-specific expertise that a local organization provides
and the blessing of each nation's citizens, who are represented
by the NGOs. Working with qualified local organizations serves
to protect the gifts and resources that are entrusted to WBOCI
for the effective care of orphans and fulfillment of the Great
Commission. In Cambodia, Warm Blankets is blessed to work
fellowship with Foursquare Children of Promise.
Serving
With Foursquare Children of Promise
FCOP is the nationally
recognized Non Government Organization licensed to operate
anywhere in the Kingdom of Cambodia by the Department of Social
Welfare and the Department of Cults and Religions. It is granted
specific authority to plant and develop churches, aid orphans,
establish schools, drill wells, provide for agricultural and
economic development, and construct facilities as needed to
carry out mandated responsibilities. FCOP oversees the daily
operations associated with Warm Blankets supported Church Orphan

Warm Blankets is the major
orphan rescue and orphan care support organization serving FCOP
specifically by connecting FCOP church orphan homes with
sponsors in developed nations. For United States tax-deductible
giving in support of the ministry, WBOCI is the bona fide
501(c)(3) not for profit organization that is recognized by the
I.R.S. Warm Blankets is a member of the Evangelical Council for
Financial Accountability and supports the operations of FCOP
with an orphan care knowledge base and the accountability
